Official transcripts are required prior to starting in a job as well as confirmed foreign credential reports. Transcripts that are signed, sealed, and mailed directly from your school’s registrar to our office via U.S.P.S., FedEx or DHL will be deemed official so longs as the transcripts are indicated as such. Online transcripts may be accepted as official if your college/university participates with Scrip-Safe International (http://www.scrip-safe.com/products/electronic-transcripts/network-members.aspx). COM-FSM recognizes Scrip-Safe International as valid means of obtaining official transcripts on-line. Foreign credentials must be equated to meet US standards using World Education Services at http://www.wes.org and will only be recognized if received directly by U.S.P.S., FedEx or DHL.
